JOSEPH MICHAEL LEHMAN
Born March 22, 1973 in Bronx, New York. Joseph Michael Lehman grew up from humble beginnings in Bellmore, Long Island. At the mere age of 13, Joseph knew he had aspirations of becoming a young entrepreneur and had a clear sense of direction in how he would achieve his goal. Joseph further developed his entrepreneur spirit when he started up a small-scale car wash service at age 14; this was Joseph’s first experience venturing out into the business world where he acquired many interpersonal skills and business strategies that he still finds to be successful today. In an effort to develop his businesses, Joseph relocated to Florida with the passion and focus to start up his first business venture, Lehman Advertising and Ad Specialties, Inc. in 1994, at the age of 21. Joseph has the drive and determination to build his business from the ground up and transform it into a profitable business venture. Lehman Advertising and Ad Specialties, Inc. was a full service branding and advertising agency that specialized in the branding of company logos and creation of innovative marketing techniques for consumer goods. Joseph’s agency had serviced many distinguished clients such as FedEx, DHL, MTV, Discovery Channel, and the History Channel. With the overall success of Lehman Advertising and Ad Specialties, Inc. in 2004 Joseph saw the opportunity to enter the “World of Electronics” by creating Lehman Partners, Inc., a liquidation wholesale distributor. Lehman Partners, LLC provided wholesale prices to large scale buyers and major retail stores of electronics. They provided competitive prices for top of the line products such as Toshiba and Philips and various other electronic lines to purchasers such as hotel chains, retailer sellers, e-stores, hospitals and a variety of other businesses. Through business deals with various retailers, Joseph’s company Lehman Partners, LLC developed a reputation for speed and dependability. Lehman Partner, LLC’s Refurbishing Center was conveniently situated in Bentonville, Arkansas, which was in close proximity to Wal-Mart. In 2009, with investment capital on the rise, Joseph saw the opportunity to venture into a new and unexpectedly robust market, Florida’s failed housing market. Joseph created Freddy Barnett, LLC, a company that specializes in purchasing distressed real estate and properties. Since consumer electronic sales were at an all time low; moving into the distressed housing market was a perfect opportunity for Joseph to venture into due to his previous construction skills and laborer experience. He had the knowledge and understanding of purchasing goods at distressed prices and he was fortunate enough to have the investment capital and previous experience in handling financial information of liquidation. Freddy Barnett, LLC is known for providing customers with a full service Real Estate firm that not only provides houses for sale but also rental income properties. As a professional investor, Joseph saw a niche in the Florida housing market of buying foreclosed homes at distressed prices. Freddy Barnett, LLC purchased the foreclosed homes and refurbishes the properties and then resells them to maximize profits. Going forward, Joseph hopes to expand his business into previously uncharted territory for him. He has recently entered into the boxing industry. With Don King and Bob Arum on the outskirts, and boxing at an all time low, Joseph’s vision is to revamp the sport of boxing. Recently, Joseph has partnered up and now owns 50% of the Heavyweight Factory, a promotional boxing company. Joseph Michael Lehman continues today to venture into new prospective investments. From a young age, he was gifted with the ability of a keen sense and vision when it comes to investing in new opportunity growth and is committed to ensuring excellence. He is decisive and action orientated through his extensive professional background. As a natural born leader, he possesses the strength and conviction to rule, guide, and inspire others to buy into his ideas and products. As his businesses continue to flourish, he is committed to following his inspirational message, “Never allow failure to be a word used in one’s vocabulary”.
